Available for the first time in book form, Brothers Of New Essex collects original art from the author's self-published, popular erotic zine, Belasco. Comprised of over ten years of illustrations, this sexually explicit graphic novel explores black gay sex life--from basketball courts to house parties, from Sunday church service to the corner bar--in the tradition of gay art icon Tom of Finland.

Wow! Belasco is a genius in creating wonderfully drawn cartoons that create a completely detailed view of the most amazingly erotic situations imaginable. Each of the many characters has a distict personality giving each story a different world of experiences. "The Brothers of New Essex" has given me many hours of enjoyment. I highly recommend it.

Belasco is by far a one-of-a-kind queer artist! His artwork consists of so much 3-dimensional soul, readers forget that the characters ("Boo", "Li'l Big D**k", "Cousin Bubba", etc.) are actual comic. Whether you're a homo-thug from the streets with an animalistic sexual drive or a polished businessman with a freaky side many don't know about, you'll surely enjoy indulging in the several series of afro-erotic aventures found within this dynamic book! It doesn't matter if you keep this book hidden just under your bed or boldly out on your coffeetable, it remains a must-have!

Very, very good. Excellent artwork and stories/scenarios. Would love to find more of his artwork. The smoking Rasta and sex club stories were standout!

This was by far a keeper. I stayed up until I finished the complete mag. I remember as a child seeing the sex to sexty magazines and laughing and being turned on at the same time but as an adult being so turned on by comic illustrations and dialouge says a lot. I am now on a hunt for his 4 other books.. Enter Lewd, Nasssssty, Confessions and Lust For Sale This was brilliantly put together and a wonderful read.

Other titles in Comics you might enjoy.
